Jiminy Cricket’s is a small village pre-school managed and run by a parent committee. The committee is responsible for employing the staff and running the pre-school as an effective business. It is the committee’s aim to provide the highest possible standard of education for the children who attend the pre-school and therefore provide the local community with a valuable service. Jiminy Crickets Pre-school has charity status and is a not-for-profit organisation.

We are always looking for further support from parents, either to be a part of the Committee or to be able to assist us with ideas & help with fundraising. We have half termly meetings (usually at the pub!) and the decisions we make at these meetings shape the Pre-School for all our children – from ideas for fundraising events to buying new play equipment and refurbishment of the building.
